Timesunion February 11, 2017: SARATOGA SPRINGS. — Cyclists on bikes with really fat, snow-friendly tires took to the trails at the Spa State Park Saturday for the first ever Saratoga Fat Bike Rally as part of Saratoga Winter Fest. Among the events were carriage trail rides, demos, a fun race and a geogcache race.
